Telefé, one of the most important television stations in Argentina, has its studios distributed in different points of the city of Buenos Aires, its largest studio in the town of Martínez, and central control and news locations in Micro Centro porteño. Hundreds of programs and fiction are made in the studios of the associated producers.

SITUATION Telefé, they needed to be able to know what furniture they had in each studio, what things were in the central deposit, and which in props to save time and money since many of this furniture was lost or left in oblivion and the asset was bought again and again. 

SOLUTION Fixed Asset Control, fast, effective, and simple solution for the control of their objects. To do this, an RFID TAG was installed in each one to have all the furniture identified (in which recording studio, props, or storage). So also the state of the assets.

The identification of the same optimized the assembly times of the studios, organized the storage spaces since it was known where it was and the state of them.
